What to bring to your first visit?

Please make sure you bring the following to your initial consult with Dr Niimon

  1. Referral letter
  2. Any scans (xrays, ultrasounds, MRI scans etc) you may have had
  3. All relevant cards including your Medicare card and private fund card

What to bring to surgery?

Once surgery has been scheduled, please make sure your preadmission booklet has been sent to the hospital in advance. Upon admission to hospital, please make sure you bring all xrays, ultrasounds, MRI scans etc with you. Your list of medication is also required and make sure you bring your regular medications to hospital with you if you are staying over night.
